Simultaneously monitors brake positive pressure in real time, intelligently diagnosing issues such as disc spring fatigue, brake shoe wear, disc spring jamming, and abnormal working oil pressure sensor status.

1. Real-time Brake Force Sensing: Measures braking force by detecting internal hydraulic pressure changes. Unlike strain gauges or displacement sensors that rely on localized point/surface loading, this method ensures uniform overall force distribution, strong anti-interference capability, and accurate, reliable test data and diagnostics.

2. Real-time Braking Force Compensation: When braking force decline is detected, it compensates for brake shoe wear and disc spring fatigue, ensuring disc spring force remains at the preset positive pressure during braking.

3. Low Brake Shoe Adjustment Resistance: Smooth and low-resistance movement of the brake shoes ensures effortless adjustment.

4. High Adjustment Precision: Internal placement of the cylinder or adjustment nut threaded interface guarantees lubrication and precision during adjustments. This eliminates issues common in traditional exposed thread designs, such as increased resistance and jamming caused by dust or corrosion.
