Recently, the 2024 Shandong University of Science and Technology International Student Power Expo Internship Practice Activity has successfully concluded.
Libo Heavy Industry has always regarded talent cultivation as the key to enterprise development. In this practical activity, a special course teaching plan was developed, covering professional theoretical knowledge and practical operational skills. International students go deep into the front line of production, participate in practical operation of job skills, and personally experience the production process of product technology.
Teacher Zhang Yuan led the international students to visit the site and explained in detail the knowledge related to belt conveyors. Through vivid cases and on-site demonstrations, she stimulated the students' enthusiasm for learning and exploration desire.
During the internship, international students fully unleash their innovative potential. They actively leveraged their own strengths and integrated unique ways of thinking from different cultural backgrounds into practice, conducting an innovative and expanding competition.
