Overview

NJZ (A) contact safety torque limiting backstop (hereinafter referred to as safety backstop), combined with our years of backstop manufacturing design philosophy and experience, aims to address the current domestic and foreign backstop that cannot eliminate the impact of backstop torque or balance the backstop torque of multiple backstops, A safety type anti impact low speed backstop device developed for multi point or multi machine driven up conveyor belts due to a series of problems such as excessive selection. Installed on the low-speed shaft, when the belt conveyor stops with load, it can ensure that the backstop torque of the low-speed shaft is not overloaded, and achieve uniform distribution of backstop loads of multiple backstops.

Working principle

When the conveyor is stopped with load, the backstop part of the safety backstop quickly brakes, and its braking torque acts on the low-speed shaft through the torque limiting part of the safety backstop. When the braking torque is imbalanced and exceeds the rated torque of the safety type backstop, the torque limiting part will slowly and uniformly generate relative slip, and the braking torque will no longer rise and maintain near its limit torque setting value. When other safety type backstop reaches the set value and the sum of its limit torque backstop torque exceeds the sliding torque of the conveyor, the conveyor will stop rotating.

scope of application

To achieve uniform distribution of multiple backstop loads and ensure safe and reliable parking under any working condition, a feasible method for multi machine driven upward conveyor is to install NJZ (A) safety backstop on two or more low-speed shafts.

The single machine driven conveyor adopts NJZ (A) safety type backstop, which can eliminate the rebound force of the conveyor belt, protect the backstop and drum, and prevent them from being impacted and damaged.
