1. The company has been engaged in the theoretical research and practice of viscoelastic dynamic mechanical model for a long time. In 2004, the company improved the theoretical system of the belt conveyor for long-distance cross-country turning and designed and completed the long-distance space turning belt machine.

2.The company is an important contributor to the three main national standards in the field of long-distance belt conveyor: 1, "Belt conveyor" GB/T10595-2017; 2, Belt conveyor engineering technical standard GB 50431-2020; 3, Belt conveyor design calculation method GBT 36698-2018.

All the experts of LIBO Heavy Industry Research Institute have further improved the design theory and practice of belt conveyor system, in order to solve the problems across the long-span valley, river, road, railway and other problems, in 2005 LIBO Company for the first time to design the method of long-span bridge, design and construction of long-span (100 meters) cable-stayed bridge or cable suspension bridge structure for carrying belt conveyor corridor.

In order to reduce soil erosion caused by excavation of mountains, LIBO has designed a large inclination belt conveyor with an upward transport Angle of +38 degrees and a downward transport Angle of -35 degrees. Safety braking of belt conveyor with high inclination Angle is the key. In order to make full use of the potential energy of materials and avoid the adverse effects such as brake heating caused by long-term braking, LIBO invented the technology of "large inclination downhaul (with power generation) belt conveying system", which was successfully used in China Building Materials Lisen Cement Mine in Sichuan Province in 2011 and has been operating safely so far.
